Do i need to prepare myself for a retreat?
Please try to avoid any unnecessary stress before travelling to the retreat location. Very often we tend to be wanting to do a million of things before travelling somewhere and often find ourselves really exhausted when arriving at the actual vacation destination. The magical part of a retreat is not only the days of the retreat itself, but also the way there and back. So take your time, try not to rush and see your journey as part of a retreat.

Try not to build up too much pressure beforehand - especially towards yourself & the group - in order to really allow yourself to dive deep and surrender into a some days of recharge and relaxation. Be kind to yourself.

2 weeks prior the retreat we will provide you with some practical information and further preparation tips.
