  • Barre Workout (Mat) is a dynamic class that combines elements of ballet and pilates on the mat.

    It focuses on sculpting muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance through a series of controlled movements that enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is low key fiery and we love it!

  • Full Body Sculpt is a powerful fusion of strength training, Pilates, HIIT, and cardio elements that tone and define your entire body.

    Using weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight, you’ll experience a dynamic workout that builds strength, improves endurance, and gets your heart pumping.

    Set to energising beats, you will effectively train and target key muscle groups while sculpting your whole body.

    Please note: All levels are welcome but if you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a softer approach, we recommend starting with our Gentle Yoga classes. These are slower, more relaxed practices, focussed on slowing down and supporting your body in a softer way.

    In this class, you’ll experience an activating flow combined with soothing breathwork, meditation, and a long cool down.

    Through slower, more mindful movements, you'll discover areas that are often overlooked in more intense practices.

    We move at a relaxed pace, embracing the pause, breathe, and sink deeper into relaxation.

    All levels are welcome, especially beginners or those seeking a calming, soothing practice.

  • Yin Flow offers the perfect counterbalance to active Yang Yoga and our fast-paced lives.

    Through gentle poses, we tap into the calming energy of Yin, aiming to release tension, unblock energy, and relax the fascia, while also calming the nervous system.

    But beyond that, it's about discovering what happens when we slow down and reconnect with our inner stillness. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes.

    Sound baths offer a deeply relaxing experience, calming both mind and body with soothing sounds from instruments like gongs, sound bowls and other instruments.
